Health and Safety is Our Priority

Lou and I wanted to personally  assure everyone that the health and safety of all of our guests and team members  is our upmost priority ALWAYS,  and  are taking even more precautions to ensure everyone who enters our environment is kept safe and well….. 

Prior to coming in, we would like to share with you the measures we have adopted at Agencie to address the current social distancing and health safety concerns, so that everyone is safe within our creative space.  

We will ONLY be using the Buckley Street entrance for all guests to enter and exit through.

We will be following the current Victorian Government health orders, which requires all guests  to show proof of vaccination upon arrival.  


All Agencie staff will be fully vaccinated, as required by the current Victorian Government health orders. 

We are requesting all guests to cancel & reschedule their appointment who have either:

  • Been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19

  • Returned from overseas in the last 14 days

  • Are feeling unwell, have a fever, cough or difficulty breathing

  • Should be self-isolating for any other reason.

If you are impacted by these COVID related circumstances, we will waive our standard cancellation fee policy. 

Preparing for your appointment with us:

  • If you are having any colour services with us and you are wearing a face mask, we recommend you wear a disposable face mask, to ensure no colour falls on your  mask and may damage it. If you do not have a disposable mask, we can supply one.

  • Please arrive with dry hair for your appointment.

  • To ensure an efficient check-in, make sure you’ve added your COVID-19 digital certificate to the Service Victoria app. 

  • If you are unable to add your digital certificate to  your Service Victoria app,  we will also be accepting :

  • A COVID-19 digital certificate saved to your smart phone

  • A printed copy of your digital certificate, along with your photo ID

  • A printed copy of your immunisation history statement, along with your photo ID

  • A medical exemption along with your ID

Upon arrival to our salon:

  • Check-in with our digital contact tracing app from Service Victoria. 

  • Show our co-ordinator the 2 green ticks  - and they will then show you to your seat inside our salon. 

  • Request everybody upon entry to either wash or sanitise their hands

During your appointment, we will:


  • Only be accepting payments via card , Afterpay or Salonpay.

  • Ask you to please attend your appointment on your own without anyone accompanying you, eg children. 

  • Face masks are now required indoors by both clients and stylists but can be removed where required to complete your service .  If you have an exemption from wearing a face mask, please show the exemption documentation to our co-ordinator upon arrival to our salon. 

Along with all of the above, we will continue with our standard practices of wiping down each station with medical grade disinfectant in between guests, following the WHO  hand washing instructions, sterilising all equipment in between guests and using all gowns only once prior to washing and using disposable towels. 

Maintaining best hygienic practice is of the upmost importance to us so that our team members, guests and families can continue to visit our space with peace of mind.
